The solution integrates a digital pen (E-pen) for capturing prescriptions as an image, which can then be attached to the patient's EMR.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) maintains the complete medical history of every patient which can be accessed by doctors and nursing staff through an easy-to-use search interface. Information provided by EMR combines details captured in the e-Prescription interface in addition to generic patient details such as history of diseases, family history, and immunization history.

Pharmacy

Spigot’s Pharmacy module helps manage all the pharmacy processes and can be used by both retail pharmacists as well as pharmacies within hospitals. When used within a hospital, the Pharmacy module can be integrated with Ashwa or Rajahamsa, in which case, it facilitates the Pharmacy ordering IPD and OPD. As a result, valuable resources of the hospital are rechanneled from manual tracking of stock levels to other, critical pharmacy areas. Stocks are automatically deducted upon dispensing or transfer and re-ordering alerts are pre-defined – a welcome advantage when the pharmacy items are in large numbers.

Image/Audio/Video Archiver

The Image Audio Video Archiver helps archive all image and videos associated with patient’s investigation and any other information. It also helps in tagging the details to new investigation. The Archiver supports all the standard universal formats for images and videos, and is integrated with SPIGOT’S HMS.

SPIDS

Spigot Patient Information Display System (SPIDS) is a continuous, real-time display system that can be installed on your Laptop, PC or connected to your Smart TV Terminal and used to view information at regular intervals of time. Some of the information are OPD/lab patients appointment details, Consulting Physician’s profile, specialization and availability details, videos of important surgeries performed at your hospital, etc.
